09bb Responsible Gaming Guidelines
Gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. 09bb always places player protection and well-being as the top priority. For players 21 and over only.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
09bb believes gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment — never a cause of financial stress or mental hardship. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, taking breaks when needed, and not placing gaming above other responsibilities in life.
Our platform provides tools that help you monitor and control your gaming habits. Your protection is our priority.
- Gaming services for players aged 21 and over only.
- Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
- SSL encryption and secure transaction systems.
- 24/7 support and counselling referrals in Bengali.
Keep in Mind
Gaming is a recreational activity. Never bet with the intention of recovering lost money. Winning is not guaranteed on every bet — this is a game based on probability.
- Never bet beyond your budget.
- Never gamble with borrowed money.
- Avoid gaming when you are under mental stress.
- Prioritise spending time with family and friends.
- Gaming is never a substitute for a livelihood.
Keep Your Gaming Under Control
09bb gives you a range of effective tools so you always stay in control of your gaming experience.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you deposit. Once a limit is set, changing it is subject to a 24–72 hour cooling-off period. This limit protects your budget and prevents overspending.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, take a temporary pause of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be inactive and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to permanent self-exclusion. Attempting to open a new account while self-exclusion is active is strictly prohibited.
Review Gaming History
View your complete betting and transaction history at any time. Reviewing your records regularly helps you understand how much time and money you are spending — and take action if needed.
24/7 Support Service
Experiencing a gaming problem? Our support team, trained in Bengali, is available 24/7 on live chat. They can provide confidential advice and refer you to professional organisations.
Parental Controls
If there are minors in your household, use parental control software on your device. Always keep your 09bb account password private and never leave your device unattended while logged in.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
Gaming problems often develop gradually and can be difficult to notice. Be alert if you or someone you know shows the following signs:
